Jeff is a Brockport, New York, native.  He has an associates degree in photography from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and a Bachelors of Arts in environmental studies from SUNY Plattsburgh.  In 1985, he relocated to Burlington, Vermont, and opened a commercial photography studio.
