Known for her subtle and rich color palette, Kathryn Milillo creates haunting images of Vermont’s landscape, many of which evoke a vanishing farm community.  Though humans are absent from these works, they evoke the people who worked the fields and the tranquil images evoke in the viewer a feeling of place and history.
